The service suits LLCs and sole proprietors in Tashkent and across Uzbekistan, is included in the Start plan from 1,500,000 UZS per month together with bookkeeping, and can start from the next reporting period.

Which tax reports in Uzbekistan we file

The set of reports depends on your tax regime and whether you have employees. A typical set:

Reporting is included in the Start plan — from 1,500,000 UZS per month, together with bookkeeping and tax calculation. Payroll reporting (personal income tax, social tax) is on the Business plan from 3,000,000 UZS. Management reporting for owners is on the Premium plan from 5,000,000 UZS. If past-period reports were not filed or contain errors, we first assess the scope of accounting recovery.

How we start

1. Request — we reply within 30 minutes during working hours.
2. We review your tax regime, the list of reports and the nearest deadlines.
3. We sign the contract and NDA and receive access to the taxpayer account.
4. We check the most recent filed reports and the budget reconciliation.
5. We prepare and file reports for the next period.
