Privacy Policy
Version of 23 October 2026
This policy explains what personal data the wealth-wise.uz website collects, why it is needed, where it is stored, who it is shared with and how you can control your data. It has been prepared with regard to Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-547 of 2 July 2019 "On Personal Data".
1. Who processes the data
The operator and owner of the personal data collected through the website is WealthWise (Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan). For any question about personal data, write to the email address listed on the Contacts page.
2. What data we collect
We only collect the data you enter yourself in the request form on the website:
- name;
- phone number;
- company name (optional);
- a comment on your request (optional).
Along with the request we store the form type and the address of the page it was sent from. To protect against spam and abuse, the server temporarily takes the sender's IP address into account to limit the number of requests within a short period. The website also uses cookies — see section 8 and the Cookie Policy.
We do not ask for passport details, biometric data, health information or payment details through the website. Please do not include such information in your comment.
3. Purposes of processing
- To respond to your request: call you back, clarify the task and prepare a price estimate.
- To keep correspondence and a record of requests so that nothing gets lost and you are not contacted twice.
- To protect the website from automated and fraudulent form submissions.
- To remember your chosen website language.
We do not use form data for mass mailings and do not sell it to third parties.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent. By submitting the form you agree to the processing of the data entered in it for the purposes listed in this policy. If you later sign a contract with WealthWise, the data needed to perform it is processed under that contract and the requirements of law, including accounting legislation.
5. Where and how data is stored
The website is hosted on the Railway cloud platform. Request data is stored in a PostgreSQL database running on this hosting provider's infrastructure. The provider's servers may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Article 27¹ of the Law "On Personal Data" governs where the personal data of Uzbek citizens must be stored. Originally it required such data to be processed using databases located in Uzbekistan. According to published reports, amendments of March 2026 limited mandatory in-country storage to biometric and genetic data and data of telecom subscribers. Other personal data may be stored and processed abroad if the conditions of the law are met — for example, if the country is recognised as providing adequate protection. We do not collect biometric or genetic data through the website form. We monitor legal requirements and, if necessary, will change where data is stored and announce it in a new version of this policy.
Only WealthWise staff who need access to respond to a request can see it. The website's admin area is password-protected and the connection to the website is encrypted (HTTPS).
6. Retention
Request data is kept as long as it is needed to respond to the request and follow up on it, after which it is deleted or anonymised. If you become a client, data is kept for the term of the contract and the periods set by law. If you withdraw consent, we delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it.
7. Who data is shared with
- Hosting provider (Railway) — stores the database and runs the website.
- Google (reCAPTCHA v3) — checks that the form is submitted by a person and not a program. To do this, Google receives technical data about your browser and your actions on the page. It is governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- CRM system — if connected, a request may be passed automatically to our CRM (Bitrix24) to keep track of enquiries.
- Public authorities — only in the cases and manner expressly provided by law.
If web analytics services are added to the website in future, we will list them in this policy and in the Cookie Policy.
8. Cookies
The website uses the NEXT_LOCALE cookie to remember your language, reCAPTCHA cookies to protect forms, and a session cookie that lets staff sign in to the admin panel. The website does not use advertising cookies. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
9. Your rights
Under the law you have the right to:
- know whether we hold your personal data and obtain information about what it includes;
- receive information on the purposes, methods and periods of processing;
- request that inaccurate data be clarified, completed or corrected;
- request suspension of processing if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or no longer needed for the stated purpose;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- appeal against the operator's actions to the authorised state body or a court.
10. How to withdraw consent
To withdraw consent or exercise your other rights, write to the email address on the Contacts page. Include the name and phone number you entered in the request so we can find your data. The law allows consent to be withdrawn in the same form in which it was given, or in writing, including as an electronic document. Once we receive your withdrawal, we will stop processing, delete the data unless the law requires us to keep it, and let you know.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when we add new services or when legislation changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its date at the top.
