An accountant consultation at WealthWise is a practising specialist's answer to your question on taxes, bookkeeping, payroll or reporting in Uzbekistan — by phone, in writing or online. Consultations are for directors and accountants of LLCs, sole proprietorships and foreign-owned companies in Tashkent who need to get a decision right the first time. Business plan clients already have up to 5 hours of consultations a month, Premium clients have unlimited consultations; a one-off consultation is quoted once we understand the question.
Accountant consultation in Tashkent and online: what we cover
- Taxes: choosing between VAT and turnover tax, applying rates and incentives, corporate profit tax, dividend tax.
- Registration and regimes: what to choose when setting up an LLC or sole proprietorship, switching regimes, conditions for IT Park residents.
- Bookkeeping: how to record a transaction, which documents to issue, working with electronic invoices.
- Payroll and HR: personal income tax and social tax, hiring paperwork, civil-law contracts.
- Reporting: deadlines, which reports to file, what to do about an error in a return already filed.
- Transactions and foreign trade: tax consequences of a contract, dealing with non-residents, imported services.
If a question needs ongoing monitoring rather than a one-off answer, tax advisory is a better fit.

To get the most out of an accountant consultation, prepare the essence of your question, your company's tax regime, approximate turnover and the documents involved — a contract, an invoice or a tax notice. That way the specialist goes straight to the answer instead of gathering background, and you save paid time.
