Answers to common questions about our services
We run your company's accounting and tax records end to end: process source documents and bank statements, issue and receive electronic invoices, calculate taxes, and prepare and file tax, financial and statistical reports. The Business and Premium plans add payroll, HR records, management reporting and tax inspection support. Full scope: accounting outsourcing.
Monthly service is a fixed fee: the Start plan is from 1,500,000 UZS per month, Business from 3,000,000 UZS and Premium from 5,000,000 UZS. The exact price depends on transaction volume, headcount and tax regime; we quote it after a free review of your situation. One-off work — accounting recovery, inspection support, consultations — is quoted after we review the task. Compare plans on the pricing page.
Every client signs a contract with a confidentiality clause (NDA). Only the assigned specialists can access your data, documents travel over secure channels, and when the engagement ends we hand all databases and documents back to you.
We usually start within 3–5 business days of signing the contract. First we take over the books — checking balances, tax calculations and past reports — then we take on day-to-day operations. If there are gaps, we will propose an accounting recovery.
Yes. We serve LLCs, sole proprietors, foreign-invested companies, representative offices and IT Park residents. Reports for foreign founders are prepared in Russian or English.
Liability is set out in the contract. If an error is our fault, we correct it at our own cost and compensate the financial consequences within the limits stated in the contract. The client remains responsible for the accuracy of source documents.
No. Documents can be sent electronically, the contract signed with an electronic digital signature, and we communicate via Telegram, phone or email. We work with clients across Uzbekistan; our office is in Tashkent.
Yes. It is best to switch at the start of a month or quarter: we request the databases, filed reports and reconciliation statements from your previous accountant, check balances and continue without a gap. What to check before switching: how to choose an accounting firm.
